Inside Skin
I decided that I want the inside of R2 to look as nice as the outside is going to look, so I decided to put Polystyrene skins INSIDE as well as the outside.
I used staples, and then cut the centers of them out so they would look like tiny rivets. The effect is far nicer than pictures can show.
Here are the staples before I cut them.
