Simple plastic parts. Trace and cut, trace and cut… A razor does a quick job of it! Now they need paint…I may have to use Krylon though. The cheap stuff flakes.

I found these on eBay on they look perfect for the Radar Eye on the front of GONK. They are a close match if not what was used! A little LED later… I used a multi-colored alternating LED for flare.
