Wall-E Eyes
I formed these eyes from sheet aluminum. I used White silicone around the edges to seal the parts together.
At this angle you can see the seams in the sheet metal where I rolled the metal together. It’s a nice tight seem.
Here you see I have placed a LED flashlight inside each of Wall-E’s Eyes. They run on 2×1.5v batteries, but I have a power board I will be connecting them to so you wont have to worry about batteries.
I will have to trim the back of the flashlights off and finish making Wall-E’s head. I am currently working on the neck and laser system for the head.
