Here is a close up of the corner braces. If you really wanted to tighten things up, you could epoxy the braces before you put the screw in the pre-drilled holes and clamp it over night. You see the double front 19″ frame bar. This will make more sense when I get the bottom half [...]

I drilled 5/16″ holes for the threaded 5/16″ rod I used to secure the frame together with, and I also drilled 3/4″ holes so my socket would fit down inside to tighten the nut with locking washer. Make sure you wear a mask and gloves and saftey gogles when drilling or cutting this stock…it’s fiberglass [...]
