New website for church Prayer Group
Well, as many of you know, I am a full time Pastor, and my wife just started a new Prayer group for our church. It started on her facebook, and I told her she should make a Facebook group for the Prayer group, and she loved the idea.
So we made a group called House of Faith Prayer Warriors.
Everything is going good with it, but it’s a little difficult telling people how to submit prayers, and be part of the Prayer Warriors, praying for others.
The answer was a single webpage with an easy to remember web address to lead people there.
Since I am the IT guy, and own a full server and about 25 web addresses already, I decided to make the webpage for the group after church today.
I gave www.HOFLive.org to the group.
I purchased that web address years ago for a Christian chat group I had for the House of Faith church which has since closed down, but I kept the address.
I threw together a quick page on my Wix account and redirected the web address to it and there you go.
I still have a few things to do on the website, but it came out pretty good.
